Thank you for choosing Compassimo for your travel experience. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of any travel products and/or services (the “Products”) purchased from Compassimo (we”, “us”, “our”) and establish the contractual relationship between you and us. By booking with Compassimo or participating in a trip organized by us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If booking on behalf of others, you accept these Terms on their behalf, including minors or those with disabilities, who also agree to be bound by these Terms upon participation.
Compassimo collaborates with independent contractors and partners to provide services such as accommodations, transportation, guides, and additional support. Since these contractors/partners operate independently, Compassimo cannot be held liable for their actions or omissions. Our liability does not extend to injuries, losses, or damages arising from unforeseen circumstances, including force majeure events, government actions, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, illness, or other risks. By participating in a trip with Compassimo, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
By accessing and using the Compassimo website (the “Website”), you agree to comply with these Terms and warrant that you:
Compassimo reserves the right to deny access to the Website and the services offered at any time for any reason, including breaches of these Terms. Any misuse of the Website, such as the provision of false or incomplete information, may result in denied service.
You agree not to:
If your booking or account shows signs of fraud, abuse, or suspicious activity, Compassimo reserves the right to cancel any travel or service reservations associated with your account and may close associated accounts. Fraudulent activity may lead to legal action, including recovery of litigation costs and damages. To contest a booking cancellation, or the freezing or closure of an account, please contact Compassimo Customer Service at [email protected].
Additional terms and conditions apply to your reservations and purchase of travel-related services selected through Compassimo. Please review these additional terms and conditions carefully, especially when purchasing airfare, which is subject to the carrier’s specific conditions of carriage.
Some banks and credit card companies may apply fees for international transactions, resulting in a different amount on your statement than shown at booking. The exchange rate and foreign transaction fees are determined solely by your bank. For questions, contact your bank directly.
A chargeback occurs if a cardholder disputes a charge with their bank. Compassimo will provide documentation confirming that the Customer received their travel service. Many disputes concern the Customer’s ability to refund or change a ticket and related fees, which are clearly disclosed at booking.
The published price of any travel product is subject to change due to variable travel costs. Compassimo reserves the right to impose surcharges on any product(s) up to 30 days before departure, for reasons such as increased transportation or fuel costs, dues, taxes, local operator costs, currency fluctuations, or government actions impacting prices. Price increases will only apply if they exceed 2% of the original price paid. Notice of surcharges will be provided as soon as possible.
Price Guarantee: Once confirmed, the quoted price remains fixed.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet Iran’s entry requirements, including valid travel documents. Please check all travel advisories and entry requirements. Compassimo is not liable if you are denied entry due to missing documents or other required entry materials.
If a dispute arises, please contact us at [email protected]. We aim to resolve issues within 60 days. If unresolved, claims will be settled through binding arbitration or, if eligible, in small claims court. Claims cannot be pursued as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. In court, both parties agree to waive any right to a jury trial.
Compassimo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website. This includes any reliance on information on the Website, computer viruses, information, software, products, and services obtained through the Website, even if Compassimo has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Compassimo, its officers, directors, employees, and agents against any claims, recoveries, losses, damages, fines, or other expenses arising from:
Compassimo programs require physical independence and mobility. Please inform us in writing of any special needs at booking. Clients must be able to embark and disembark transportation, stand for extended periods, climb stairs, and comply with all safety and sanitization protocols. Failure to comply may result in removal from the program without a refund.
Compassimo reserves the right to alter itineraries or trip features at any time due to factors such as weather or service availability. We are not liable for losses arising from modifications and are under no obligation to cancel a trip based on advisories or warnings from authorities. Changes may include accommodations, attractions, or other components with comparable alternatives provided.
Cancellation by Compassimo
Compassimo reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any tour or travel package due to unforeseen circumstances, including insufficient demand, force majeure, or operational limitations. In the event of a cancellation prior to departure, Compassimo’s sole responsibility will be to refund the amount received for the reservation. While we will make every effort to offer an alternative tour on a different departure date or a similar tour, availability of these options is not guaranteed.
In cases where our travel consultant cannot obtain confirmation for your booking, you may cancel and receive a full refund of any deposit paid. During local or national holidays, peak seasons, special events, and religious occasions, certain services—such as museums, churches, restaurants, sightseeing tours, hotels, and shopping—may be limited or unavailable. Compassimo will provide suitable alternatives wherever possible but cannot be held responsible for any closures, itinerary changes, or modifications arising from these restrictions.
Compassimo will arrange travel services per the customer’s requests as mutually agreed. In the absence of express written instructions to the contrary, Compassimo may accept, and the customer will be bound by, any requests made by any representative, agent, or employee of the customer.
