Our first stop is the National Museum of Iran, home to one of the country's finest collections of archaeological treasures. From prehistoric artifacts to masterpieces of the Islamic era, the museum offers an excellent introduction to Iran's remarkable history and civilizations.
A short walk brings us to the UNESCO-listed Golestan Palace, the former royal residence of the Qajar dynasty.
