Escape Tehran for a day in the Alborz Mountains on this private Tochal Ski Day Tour from Tehran. Located just north of the city, Tochal offers one of the most convenient ways to experience skiing in Iran without spending several days traveling to a distant ski resort.
Your day begins with a private drive from your hotel to the Tochal complex, followed by a ride on the famous Tochal Telecabin into the mountains. As you climb higher, the busy streets of Tehran give way to snowy mountain landscapes and wide views across the city and the Alborz.
Once you reach the ski area, your guide will help with the practical arrangements, including ski access and equipment rental. You can then spend several hours on the slopes at your own pace. If you are a beginner or would like professional assistance, a ski instructor can also be arranged separately.
After time on the slopes, take a break for lunch or refreshments before skiing again and beginning your return journey by Telecabin. With private transportation, local assistance, and a flexible approach to the day, this tour is a convenient way to add a genuine mountain experience to your stay in Tehran.
Join us for a private Tochal ski day and experience the snow, mountains, and spectacular views above Tehran.

The itinerary allows several hours for skiing, with the exact amount of time depending on Telecabin operation, ski access, snow conditions, and your preferred pace.
If the Telecabin cannot operate because of weather, wind, technical problems, or other operational reasons, the itinerary may need to be changed or the tour may not be possible. We will assess the conditions and available alternatives with you.
The main skiing season is during the colder months, but exact operating dates vary from year to year according to snowfall and mountain conditions. Winter generally offers the best chance of skiing.
