Your day begins at 8:00 AM with pick-up from your hotel in Tehran. As the city comes to life, we'll begin exploring the rich history, vibrant culture, and architectural landmarks that have shaped Iran's capital for centuries.
Our first stop is the National Museum of Iran, home to one of the country's finest collections of archaeological treasures. From prehistoric artifacts to masterpieces of the Islamic era, the museum offers an excellent introduction to Iran's remarkable history and civilizations.
A short walk brings us to the UNESCO-listed Golestan Palace, the former royal residence of the Qajar dynasty. Its elegant halls, colorful tilework, mirror mosaics, and peaceful gardens reveal the grandeur of one of Iran's most important historical landmarks. Before continuing, we also pass the nearby National Garden Gate, a beautifully preserved entrance to Tehran's former government quarter.
Around midday, we head to the historic Tehran Grand Bazaar, the city's commercial heart for hundreds of years. After enjoying a traditional Persian lunch at a local restaurant inside the bazaar, you'll have time to explore its lively corridors filled with spices, carpets, handicrafts, jewelry, and everyday local life.
In the afternoon, we visit the magnificent Treasury of National Jewels, where the dazzling Darya-e Noor diamond and countless royal treasures showcase the wealth of Persia's former monarchs. As the treasury is open only from Saturday to Tuesday (2:00–5:00 PM), tours on other days include a visit to the beautiful Glassware and Ceramics Museum, renowned for its elegant displays of Persian decorative arts.
To conclude the day, we drive to the award-winning Nature Bridge, where contemporary Iranian architecture meets panoramic views of northern Tehran, offering a refreshing contrast to the city's historic landmarks.
After a day filled with history, culture, architecture, and local experiences, we'll transfer you back to your hotel, leaving you with a deeper appreciation of Tehran's unique character and its important place in Iran's story.
