Your journey begins on Qeshm Island, where the landscapes of the UNESCO Global Geopark take center stage. Explore the Valley of Stars and Chahkooh Canyon, cruise through the Hara Mangrove Forest, visit ancient Kharbas Caves, and discover the traditional architecture and maritime heritage of Laft Village.
Next, cross the Persian Gulf to Hormuz Island, known for its extraordinary mineral-rich landscapes. Explore Rainbow Valley, Red Beach, Silence Valley, and the historic Portuguese Fort while experiencing one of the most colorful landscapes in Iran.
The journey ends on Hengam Island, where an early morning boat trip offers the chance to see dolphins in their natural environment. Meet local communities, browse the handicraft market, and enjoy the island’s peaceful coastline before departing from Qeshm.
This tour is ideal for travelers who want to combine nature, wildlife, photography, geology, and local island culture in one compact journey through southern Iran.
Welcome to Qeshm Island, the largest island in the Persian Gulf and the gateway to an unforgettable island adventure. Upon arrival at Qeshm Airport, meet your guide and begin exploring the cultural side of the island.
Your first stop is the historic Portuguese Castle, built during the period when European powers controlled the Persian Gulf. Standing beside the sea, the fortress offers a fascinating introduction to the region’s maritime history.
Later, continue to Laft Village, one of the oldest settlements on the island. Its narrow alleys, traditional windcatchers, historic wells, and wooden fishing boats reflect centuries of adaptation to island life. As the day comes to an end, enjoy a beautiful sunset over the Persian Gulf before transferring to your hotel.
Overnight in Qeshm
Today is dedicated to discovering the remarkable landscapes that make Qeshm one of Iran’s most extraordinary natural destinations.
Begin at the famous Valley of Stars, where wind and erosion have sculpted towering rock formations and unusual shapes over millions of years. Continue to Chahkooh Canyon, a dramatic sandstone gorge known for its narrow passages and impressive geological formations.
Later, enjoy a boat excursion through the Hara Mangrove Forest, a unique ecosystem home to migratory birds and marine life. The adventure continues at the ancient Kharbas Caves, followed by a visit to the scenic Naz Islands, where changing tides create one of the island’s most fascinating natural phenomena.
After a full day of exploration, return to your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.
Overnight in Qeshm
Today we visit one of the most visually striking destinations in Iran: Hormuz Island. A morning ferry ride brings us to an island renowned for its colorful geology and surreal landscapes.
Our exploration begins at the spectacular Rainbow Valley, where mineral-rich mountains display an incredible palette of colors. We then continue to the famous Red Beach, where crimson sands and dramatic coastal scenery create one of the island’s most iconic views.
The journey continues through Silence Valley and nearby geological attractions that have made Hormuz a paradise for photographers and nature lovers. Before leaving the island, visit the historic Portuguese Fort, another reminder of the Persian Gulf’s strategic importance throughout history.
After completing the island tour, return by ferry to Qeshm and transfer to your hotel.
Overnight in Qeshm
An early start rewards us with one of the highlights of the tour. A short boat ride takes us to Hengam Island, famous for its clear waters, peaceful atmosphere, and resident dolphin population.
As the sun rises over the Persian Gulf, keep watch for dolphins swimming alongside local boats. This unforgettable wildlife experience offers excellent opportunities for photography and observing marine life in its natural environment.
The rest of the day is spent exploring the island’s fishing villages, local handicraft market, and beautiful coastline. Enjoy the relaxed pace of island life and stroll along the famous Silver Beach, known for its shimmering shoreline and stunning sea views. Later, return to Qeshm airport to leave the Island.
Hormuz is known for its strikingly colorful geological landscapes, created by different mineral-rich rocks and soils. The island's red, yellow, orange, white, and other natural colors are especially visible in areas such as Rainbow Valley.
You have a good opportunity to see dolphins during the morning boat trip around Hengam, but sightings cannot be guaranteed because the dolphins are wild animals.
